What's New: Dr. Michel Sliwa wins the bronze medal of CNRS, and Hiroshi Masuhara gives lectures for him

   Dr. Michel Sliwa of Laboratoire de Spectrochimie Infrarouge et Raman, CNRS, France, won the bronze medal of CNRS. Hiroshi Masuhara attended the CNRS Bronze Medal Scientific Symposium and the medal presentation ceremony at Espace Jean-Paul Bajetto, Delegation Regionale du CNRS Nord, Pas de Calais et Picardie, 2 rue des Canonniers a Lille, France, from November 4 to 5, 2013.
   At the symposium on November 5th Hiroshi Masuhara gave a lecture entitled "Laser Trapping in Chemistry and Material Science"(PDF:2,146KB).
   Prior to the symposium, Hiroshi Masuhara went to Universitede Lille to visit a laboratory where Dr. Sliwa works and gave a seminar entitled "Exploration, elucidation, and application of femtosecond laser-induced phenomena in molecular and bio systems"(PDF: 2,292KB). This seminar PDF data includes some wards that Hiroshi Masuhara always has in mind, and he hopes to share them with Dr. Sliwa and other young researchers.
