Using a soft-Xray laser pulse with attosecond pulse duration, I observe dynamical changes in molecular electronic structures and molecular orbitals occurring during chemical reaction such as molecular photodissociation and photo-induced electron re-arrangements. For this aim, we develop a new technique of time-dependent photoelectron spectroscopy that can be applied to extreme ultra-violet energy region with attosecond time-resolution and a new molecular orbital imaging technique using two-color laser fields. These studies will be a basis of attosecond, coherent soft-X ray laser technology and allow us to study chemical reaction dynamics in terms of direct observation of changing molecular orbitals.
