Stem cells can differentiate to muscle and neuron etc.; therefore stem cells would be a useful tool for a therapy for the next generation. The purpose of this study is to visualize stem cell behavior, including adhesion and differentiation, in a living animal by fluorescence imaging. I develop controlled fluorescence proteins expression system, which is responded to stem cell behavior. This result will lead to establish controlled cell delivery for innovative regenerative medicine in the future.
