It has been a great paradox in life that focusing on microscopic world is oten necessary to understand macroscopic properties. Though optical microscopy is one of the most frequently used and powerful method in life science, its spatial resolution is often not enough to reveal small compatrments of cells. In this study, a new schem of super-resolution 3D Raman will be developed using remote excitation of Raman via non-diffraction limited plasmon waveguiding effect.
