Intense light field of laser can produce highly charged states by stripping many electrons spontaneously from materials and eject ions of large kinetic energy along laser polarization direction. The aim of this study is to develop novel chemical reactions by controlling the generation of energetic ions in the gas phase, high-density ions on the solid surface, and high-density electron beam in the liquid phase.
